Artwork Requirements

Logos for embroidery and printing

The ideal file format for your logo is any where your logo is a vector. This allows us to create an accurate pattern for embroidery, without the additional costs of redrawing your logo in a vector format. Common vector formats are .AI and .EPS. PDFs can also be a vector format but can also have a .JPG or .PNG placed within it, which can still have issues such as those below. Other formats- If you only have your logo in .JPG or .PNG, send it to us and let us assess it’s suitability. We can advise if additional costs may be incurred.

Graphics for screenprinting

If you want a single colour graphic printed, we can take a greyscale image if it’s at 300dpi finished size. Vectors, again, are ideal, as they can be scaled up and down without losing quality, but we can use bitmap formats such as .tiff, .psd, .jpg or .png. If you want to send the file to us, we can assess it for you at no cost.

No artwork? We can help.

We have access to stock graphic libraries that we can utilise to put together a graphic for your garments. Contact us with your ideas and we can give you an idea of cost.
